HitZero

Coming soon · training at home

Practise the jumps and motions your coach approved.

HitZero is for all star athletes training at home: in the living room, the garage or the backyard, with a phone propped up on the floor. It follows the body through each motion and jump and names one thing to fix, in words coaches wrote and approved. Nothing filmed at home is kept.

For parents, and athletes 18 or over. First an email to confirm your address, then one when HitZero opens for training at home. Nothing else, and you can ask us to forget your address at any time. Privacy policy

How it works

Phone on the floor. Practice on.

All it takes is a phone, a few metres of floor and enough light. Motions are held, jumps are taken one at a time, and each rep gets its own short note.

01Set up

Whole body in frame

A quick check first makes sure only the athlete is in frame, the whole body is visible, the light is good and the phone is still.

02Practise

Each rep, on its own

The phone follows body keypoints and checks each rep against the points coaches teach:

  • arms where they belong
  • elbows locked, both sides even
  • toes pointed in the air
  • feet together on the landing
03Fix

One thing at a time

What’s off comes back in coaches’ words, such as “Lock your elbows.” When a rep is clean, it says so. No score, and no ranking.

Only what your coach approved

Coach-approved, not AI-judged.

Every note HitZero gives was written and approved by coaches. If your gym uses HitZero, your coach chooses what you practise; on your own, it offers jumps, motions and stretches only. It never scores an athlete, and there are no leaderboards.

Rep to rep

Closer to clean, one note at a time.

Hit a High V, hold it, and get one note back. Fix that, hit it again, and see the note change.

What it covers

Jumps, motions and flexibility. On purpose.

Jumps

Toe touch, herkie, hurdler and pike, checked at the top of each jump and on the landing.

Motions

High V, low V, T, broken T, touchdown, punch, L and K: arm placement and how even both sides are.

Flexibility

Splits and stretches held hands-free, measured against your own start, never a target.

Stunts and tumbling are not part of HitZero. They stay in the gym, with your coaches.

Built for minors

Keypoints, not footage.

Nothing filmed at home is kept

Home practice keeps body keypoints and measurements, not video.

Parents hold the account

Athletes don’t get accounts of their own. A parent or guardian signs in, consents purpose by purpose, and can take that consent back.

No scores, no leaderboards

Athletes see what to fix, never a score or a ranking against anyone else.

Delete means delete

A parent can delete an athlete’s profile, or the whole account, from the app.
